How it Works
01. Alignment
We begin with a brief conversation to understand your event, priorities, and where support would be most valuable.
From there, we determine the right level of support — including the number of helpers and hours needed — so support is thoughtfully matched to the needs of the day.
02. Confirm & Prepare
Once scope is confirmed, a $50 deposit secures your date. We take care of the details behind the scenes and reconnect closer to the event to review timing, responsibilities, and final details.
You’re always welcome to reach out if questions come up or plans evolve.
03. Day-Of Support
On the day of your event, your helper(s) arrive prepared and ready to support.
From setup and transitions to guest assistance, errands, and wrap-up, we manage the behind-the-scenes details with care — allowing you, your friends, and your family to stay present and enjoy the moment.
